My services are aimed at people who find themselves in a stressful situation or are confronted with a problem. It is not important whether your problem is ‘big enough’ to seek help. Only your subjective level of suffering counts for the joint co-operation. Dealing with negative feelings and initiating change requires strength and courage. I would like to support you in finding ways and solutions to make you feel better.

Exhaustion & stress
Increasing demands and tasks at work, at university or in our personal lives can put us under ever-increasing stress. This stress and the associated exhaustion not only have a negative impact on our emotions, but can also lead to serious health problems such as cardiovascular disease (e.g. high blood pressure, heart attack) or burnout.
Together we can find ways in which you can better deal with stress or avoid it. We do this by analysing together which sources cause stress, which resources you can use to cope with stress and which exercises help to reduce stress.
Problems in the relationship / interpersonal problems
Arguing is part of every relationship and friendship and can serve the positive development of the relationship. However, if the conflicts become regular and very hurtful, then it is important to change something. But it doesn't always have to be arguments. A lack of communication, frequent misunderstandings, the feeling of not being valued or not being able to build a long-term bond are all examples of problems in an interpersonal context. Together we will get to the bottom of your problems and try to understand what causes them. Then I would like to help you to develop your interpersonal skills, whether it is better communication, a stronger demeanour or standing up for your own needs.
Anxieties / worries
Fears and worries are a normal part of our emotions. However, they can get out of hand and interfere with our everyday lives. Excessive fears often turn out to be unfounded, but we still can't get rid of them. If your thoughts are frequently revolving, you spend a lot of time brooding and are pessimistic about the future, then let's talk. Together we can put your fears in their place and help you to live a carefree life.
Change processes
Change requires a lot of courage and may also be accompanied by worries and fears. You may not yet know exactly what the change should look like, but you know that SOMETHING has to change. Often, fear of the consequences of change also prevents us from initiating change. No matter what stage you are at in the change process, I will be happy to help you reorient your life. I would like to be your sparring partner who supports you at this important point in your life.
Personal development
Do you know the feeling of making the same mistakes over and over again? Sometimes we are stuck in a corset of habits, fixed behaviour and thought patterns. In order to break through these patterns, you need to analyse and train new patterns. I would like to help you with this during our sessions so that you can integrate this into your everyday life in the long term.
