After completing my bachelor's degree in psychology, I initially decided to do a master's in occupational psychology, where I learnt about the causes and prevention of burnout and stress in the workplace, among other things. After a few years working in sales, I decided to do a Master's specialising in clinical psychology. I worked in meeting and counselling centres where I encountered various clinical pictures before setting up my own business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>My work is primarily characterised by further training in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness, as well as cognitive behavioural therapy. On the one hand, I would like to help you not to repress difficult feelings, but to accept them and face up to them. On the other hand, I aim to identify obstructive or harmful behavioural patterns and replace them with new, helpful ones.
